**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Location**: SEO 19, 2nd Floor, Sector 11, Panchkula.

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Design basic creatives or coordinate with the design team for visual content
- Write compelling captions and copy aligned with brand voice
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and viral content opportunities
- Respond to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and professional manner
- Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
- Run and manage paid promotions (Facebook/Instagram ads is a plus)
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing team to execute campaigns
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in managing brand social media accounts
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.
- Excellent time management and creativity
- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns is a bonus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of trending reels, memes, and interactive content
- Ability to manage multiple pages/accounts
- Basic video editing skills (optional)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
