Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Executive:

- **Making outbound calls to potential customers**:This involves identifying and contacting individuals or businesses who may be interested in the company's products or services.
- **Understanding customer needs and requirements**:Telesales Executives need to be able to effectively communicate with customers, ask clarifying questions, and tailor their approach to individual needs.
- **Presenting products and services**:Clearly explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- **Persuading customers to make a purchase**:Using sales techniques and negotiation skills to convince customers to buy the product or service.
- **Handling customer inquiries and complaints**:Addressing questions, concerns, and issues that arise during the sales process.
- **Building and maintaining customer relationships**:Establishing long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.
- **Meeting sales targets**:Working to achieve individual and team sales quotas.
- **Managing customer data**:Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, purchase history, and other relevant information.
- **Following up with customers**:Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase and addressing any post-sale issues.
- **Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge**:Keeping abreast of new products, services, and sales techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
