**VISUAL MERCHANDISING**

Ensure standards of Visual Merchandising as per VM manual

Creating visual merchandising layouts that enhance the brands ranges & drive sales

Liaison with design agency, Merchandising & Purchase Team for developing instore merchandising systems including in-store communication, category signage

Conceptualization for seasonal & other promotional launches

Frequent visit to stores to monitor Visual Merchandising standards

Coordination with VM team on VM Manuals, Store Layout

Provide timely & complete follow through all areas of VM at stores

Ownership & delivery of all aspects of VM collaterals in all the stores Vendor management

Proficiency in understanding of Designing Software like Corel Draw, Adobe illustrator

Developing region wise vendors in place for printing

Conduct Competitive surveys & understand latest trends in VM

Support the field team/officers in ensuring that agreed standards are consistently met

Interacting well at all levels in the business and build strong working relationships NEW

**STORE OPENINGS**

Coordination with VM, Operations & Projects team on VM Manuals implementation and other Store Requirements

Visiting the new upcoming sites in your respective region & to collect all the required details in terms of provision & sizes

Participate in planning for store re-vamp Coordination of all VM Materials for new stores

Monitoring the execution of the VM materials for new store

Conceptualizing for Billboard & other outdoor design & execution

**VM FIXTURE AUDIT**

Detail understanding of fixtures used in the stores

Keeping a check & verifying Quarterly audit sheet by visiting stores with respective field team/officer

Keeping a check on OL & OQ for all local and import floor assets (e.g. ensure floor ficxtures (bins), shopping trolleys, Godown trolleys, shopping baskets, are present in required quantitites to facilitate new store opening and smooth working of Ops at existing stores)
