**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a **comprehensive content strategy** aligned with our brand values and marketing objectives.
- Create **high-quality written and visual content for social media platforms**, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- **Manage all social media accounts**, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, organizations, and mental health advocates to amplify our message.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of experience in content creation (must), social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector.
- Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite**) and video editing software is a plus though not mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience in using social media analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge and understanding of **Meta Ads (Business Suite), Google Ads, SEO**.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and empathy-driven communication.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to promoting mental well-being is highly desirable.
