**Roles & Responsibilities**

Responsible for Primary Sales and Secondary Sales of YPay Cards,

Customer Retention & Welcome Calls Responsible for Sales of the Financial product & Generate Revenue for the company.

Achieving the company revenue targets. Managing a team of sales people at Team Leader profile or at any senior level.

Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.

Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Excellent organizational skills & ability to communicate effectively Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty Excellent communication skills along with professionally presentable.

Go getter attitude.

Be open for crazily moving head start-up environment Ability to multitask.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
