**About Us**:
At 7th Growth, we’re a dynamic marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive through innovative strategies and compelling creative content. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team, someone passionate about creating engaging visuals that drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching **social media image ads** that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Create engaging **video ads** optimized for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop visually appealing **social media posts** to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of proven experience** in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or social media-focused role.
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or **Canva**.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Ability to create both static and motion graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in social media graphics and video content.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Basic knowledge of social media ad formats and platform specifications.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and trends.
