Brief about the Team

B&M Retail vertical of TATA 1mg is a unique setup of Retail, where we offer best-in-class pharmacy, diagnostics, and e-consultation under one roof. The team is responsible for In-Store operations execution, fulfilling error-free medicine dispensing, in-store Product Management the best-in-class In-store customer experience. The team closely works with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to Identify customer requirements and fulfill them with quality and commitment.

What will you do?
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on pharmaceutical, OTC & FMCG products sold in the pharmacy retail store
- Ensure that customers are well-informed about the products they are purchasing and their intended uses
- Provide guidance on the use of the product, including potential side effects and interactions with other medications
- Recommend appropriate over-the-counter products based on the customer's symptoms and health history
- Assist customers with finding products in the store and offer alternative options if necessary
- Keep up to date on new products and industry development
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide comprehensive service
- Contribute to the team effort by achieving the allocated targets

What we are looking for
- 1-5 years of experience as a product advisor in Healthcare or related industry
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including over-the-counter medicines and supplements
- Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection and use
