- Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Managing food and beverage staff.
- Developing menus.
- Maintaining quality standards.
- Monitoring inventory and cost control.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following SOPS of F&B department at the resort
- Upselling of food items
- Maintaining relation with the guests
- Collecting feedback & chaos handeling.
- Assisting with marketing events.
