Floor Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations on the service dealership floor, including scheduling, workflow management, and allocation of tasks.
- Ensure that service and maintenance procedures are performed efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer standards and guidelines.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Train and mentor technicians and service staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance and customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices to continually improve service operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in a supervisory role within an automotive service dealership, preferably with a focus on TVS motorcycles and vehicles.
- Solid understanding of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
