**Job Description**:
**JOB SPECIFICATION**: - Master’s degree in operations management or related field. - Minimum 1+ Years of experience in Healthcare domain. - Experience in management, operations, and leadership. - Ability to build consensus and relationships among the hospital’s board, managers, medical staff, and vendors. - Excellent communication, Intellectual & Interpersonal skills JOB DESCRIPTIONDirects, supervise, and coordinate non-medical functionsEnsure smooth operations as per the mission of the organization, spot corrective actions, to identify areas for improvement followed by department meetings towards necessary for root cause identification.Daily meetings to review department priorities and its implementationConducts department trainings to introduce to the systems/functionsDiscuss with the department heads to understand the need on regular basis and support the functions for smooth operationsEncourages and engage department to identify cost saving areas and implement ideasFacilitate revenue growth, identifying cost saving opportunities, and engage/encourage brand building activities.Oversee and participate in internal audits NABH, Department specificInterpret hospital and departmental policies, objectives and operational procedures through department headsResolve problems with department heads concerning such items as staffing, utilization of hospital facilities, equipment and suppliesMeet with staff members to interpret changes in operational proceduresMeet with members of community and to promote good public relations for the hospitalsEnsures continued compliance with the requirements of the NABH standard; includes legal compliance and patient expectationsContributes to the development of the culture of quality improvement through training & development activities, role playsContributes to the operating plan and strategy developmentConvenes Quality Improvement Core committee meetings to develop plan of actionsSupports the development and monitoring of quality metrics.Monitor and alert on the performance of quality management system, present data and report on performance, measure against set standards.Works in association with VP & Director.
