**Responsibilities**:
Provide statistical programming support in the project specific programming of statistical tables, figures and listings, together with CDISC (SDTM and ADaM) datasets for clinical trials in accordance with Labcorp Drug Development and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or study specific guidelines

1.Coordinate programming activities for several clinical research projects

2. Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and produce quality results under time constraints

3. Serve as the statistical programming lead on internal project teams and coordinates programming, verification, and documentation of statistical programs for use in creating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures

5. Work independently to carry out assignments with little direct supervision

6. Identify project priorities and project timeline goals and communicate priority-related issues and timelines to programming teams

7. Ensure the efficiency, quality, and integrity of data reporting, and project activities executed

8. Successfully represent the department and the company in client meetings/presentations and maintain a positive working relationship with sponsors, collaborating associates, and vendor personnel

9. Lead and organize project programming teams, typically for multiple protocol or otherwise complex projects

10. Identify project priorities and project timeline goals and communicate priority-related issues and timelines to programming teams

11. Communicate accurate and timely status updates to other project team members and department management

12. Actively manage programming activities within parameters of project budgets

13. Maintain awareness of project budgets and tasks, and effectively communicate the status of such tasks to line management and the project manager, as appropriate

14. Monitor project budgets and help staff identify resource of scope of work changes

15. Contribute to ongoing improvement of programming processes and methodology

16. Perform other duties as required by the Department.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/Application, Engineering, Life Sciences, Management

**Experience**:
Minimum 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education or experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job

Experience leading multiple statistical programming activities in clinical research Previous experience in a pharmaceutical research or CRO setting required
