- Design a menu featuring traditional South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, sambar, rasam, uttapam, biryani, and chutneys.
- Prepare and cook dishes using authentic South Indian spices and techniques.
- Source high-quality, fresh ingredients, including lentils, rice, coconut, and spices like curry leaves, mustard seeds, and tamarind.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
- Maintain consistency in taste and texture across all dishes.
- Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹20,348.39 per month
