**Teaching and Academic Delivery**:
**Position**: PGT Bengali

**Location**: Jangipur, Omarpur, Murshidabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Bengali lessons for senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII).
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligning with the CBSE curriculum.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct tests, assignments, and examinations to evaluate students' performance.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

**Student Guidance and Mentorship**:

- Guide and support students in improving their language skills, literary appreciation, and critical thinking.

**Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure proper decorum is maintained in the class and during extracurricular activities.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

**Extracurricular Engagement**:

- Organize and participate in cultural and literary events to promote the Bengali language and culture.
- Conduct activities like debate, essay writing, and storytelling in Bengali.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Master’s degree in Bengali with a B.Ed.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.
- Proficiency in classroom technology and tools.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- **Other Requirements**:

- willing to relocate (accommodation will be provided).
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds.
