**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all shuttering (formwork) activities at the construction site.
- Read and interpret structural drawings for accurate shuttering implementation.
- Coordinate daily tasks with the site engineer and construction team.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain safety standards and work quality.
- Manage and guide the carpentry labor team effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience** in shuttering/formwork for building construction.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and system formwork methods.
- Ability to lead labor teams and manage site productivity.
- Must be experienced in both **residential and commercial structures**.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
