**Job Title**: Marketing Executive (Inside Sales) - US Market Exposure
**Location**: Ahmedabad, India (with US market focus)
**Industry**: Staffing Solutions / Recruitment / Payroll
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads in the US market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads, ensuring consistent outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize marketing efforts for staffing and payroll solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the US staffing industry.
- Arranging appointments with potential customers and channel partners
- Study of market size, competition and new launch in US market
**Key Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or inside sales, preferably with US market exposure.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and payroll/back-office operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and CRM software usage.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market trends.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
