**Job Requirements**
- Collaborate with project control managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for solar and onshore renewables projects.
- Knowledge of project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast costs to ensure adherence to financial targets while identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Knowledge of project schedules, monitor progress, and assess schedule impacts to facilitate timely delivery of solar and onshore renewables projects.
- Knowledge of performance analysis, variance analysis, and reporting to project status, to Project Control Manager which helps in identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and best practices specific to solar and onshore renewables projects, maintaining a focus on quality deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular reports, and present project performance updates to Project Controls Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project controls related activity for the project(s)
- Deliver appropriate stage gate estimates and basis of estimate
- Assist in the development of stage gate appropriate Financial Memorandums (FMs)
- Ensure the Forecast Final Cost (FFC), cost phasing, variances and uncertainties are maintained and reviewed with Project Leadership monthly
- Ensure project change and risk impacts are captured in cost and schedule updates (inc. trends)
- Coordinate quarterly financial updates (QPF’s) and internal Project Controls verification reviews (Stage Gate/MCEs)
- Ensure Project Information Management support is in place to support the project / programme

**Work Experience
**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project controls, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of project management software and tools for scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices in renewables sector
