**Job Title**: Childcare Assistant / Nanny
**Location**: Ashoka University Campus, Sonipat, Haryana
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Salary: ₹15,000/- per month**

**About the Role / भूमिका के बारे में**:
We are looking for caring, responsible and energetic individuals to join our team as Childcare Workers at the Toybox Daycare facility at Ashoka University.
हम Toybox डेकेयर में बच्चों की देखभाल के लिए जिम्मेदार, और ऊर्जावान साथियों की तलाश कर रहे हैं। आपको छोटे बच्चों (6 महीने से 5 वर्ष) के साथ एक सुरक्षित, देखभालपूर्ण और आनंददायक माहौल बनाना होगा।

**Key Responsibilities / प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- Provide attentive, age-appropriate care to infants and young children.

छोटे बच्चों की उम्र के अनुसार देखभाल करना।
- Support feeding, diapering, toilet training and hygiene routines.

बच्चों के खाने, नैपी बदलने, टॉयलेट ट्रेनिंग और स्वच्छता में सहायता करना।
- Engage children in simple play-based activities and storytelling.

खेल और कहानियों के ज़रिए बच्चों को शामिल करना।
- Ensure a clean, safe and joyful environment.

एक साफ़, सुरक्षित और आनंदमय वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना।
- Support Lead Educators and Teachers in daily routines.

शिक्षकों की रोज़मर्रा की गतिविधियों में सहायता करना।
- Observe and report any health or behavioral concerns.

बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य या व्यवहार में किसी भी बदलाव को नोट करना और रिपोर्ट करना।

**Who We Are Looking For / आपकी विशेषताएं**:

- Passionate about working with young children.

- Patient, gentle, and responsible.

धैर्यवान, सौम्य और ज़िम्मेदार हों।
- A team player with strong work ethic.

टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता और मेहनती हों।
- Willing to learn and grow in the role.

नई चीजें सीखने और खुद को बेहतर बनाने के लिए इच्छुक हों।

**Minimum Requirements / न्यूनतम योग्यताएं**:

- Prior experience with infants and toddlers preferred.

छोटे बच्चों के साथ पहले काम करने का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर।
- Basic literacy in Hindi (English is a plus).

हिंदी पढ़ने-लिखने की समझ हो (अंग्रेज़ी हो तो अच्छा)।
- Willingness to undergo training.

ट्रेनिंग लेने के लिए तैयार हों।
- Minimum commitment of 8 hours per day.

प्रतिदिन कम से कम 8 घंटे काम करने की प्रतिबद्धता।
