**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our creative team. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing our fashion collections. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of materials, styles, and trends, and contribute to creating unique and appealing designs for our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and innovative fashion designs that align with our brand identity and target market.
- Conduct thorough research on fashion trends, market demands, and customer preferences.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for garments, paying close attention to detail, fit, and functionality.
- Collaborate with the design team, pattern makers, and production staff to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Source and select materials, trims, and embellishments that enhance the overall design aesthetic.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments for optimal fit and comfort.
- Keep up to date with industry advancements, techniques, and technologies related to fashion design.
- Maintain organized records of design concepts, samples, and production details.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a fast-paced design environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and draping techniques.
- Excellent artistic skills, including sketching and rendering.
- Understanding of color theory, têxtile properties, and fabric manipulation techniques.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality and market demands.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
