**Job Title: Yoga Teacher**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Conducting Yoga Classes**:

- Plan and lead engaging yoga classes for participants of all skill levels.
- Instruct and demonstrate various yoga poses and techniques, ensuring correct alignment and posture.

2. **Individualized Instruction**:

- Provide personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate the varying needs and abilities of participants.
- Offer one-on-one sessions for participants seeking specialized attention or addressing specific concerns.

3. **Creating a Positive Environment**:

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the yoga studio.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

4. **Educating on Yogic Principles**:

- Share knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and wellness principles during classes.
- Educate participants on the mental and spiritual benefits of a consistent yoga practice.

5. **Safety and Well-being**:

- Prioritize the safety of participants by monitoring and adjusting practices as needed.
- Provide guidance on proper warm-up and cool-down exercises to prevent injuries.

6. **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in yoga practices.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Certification**:

- Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized yoga teacher training program.
- Specialized certifications in specific yoga styles are a plus.

2. **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Yoga Teacher, with a track record of leading successful and well-attended classes.

3. **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively instruct and guide participants.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

4. **Passion for Wellness**:

- Genuine passion for promoting holistic well-being through yoga.
- Ability to connect with individuals and create a supportive community within the studio.

5. **Flexibility**:

- Adaptability to different class formats, styles, and participant needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
