As a Digital Marketing Intern at Center for Business and Technology, you will play a crucial role in executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ad campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6 months or 1 year of experience or internship experience in digital marketing to further develop their skills and contribute to our team's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement ad creatives and copy.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months or 1 year of experience or internship experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ads management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
