**Responsibilities**:
As an Occupational Therapist at Vqura Child Development Services, you will play a crucial role in promoting the optimal development of children through personalized therapeutic interventions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of children's developmental needs, considering physical, cognitive, and sensory aspects.
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, and motor skill challenges.
- Collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to each child's care.
- Providing therapeutic interventions that focus on enhancing fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
- Utilizing creative and engaging techniques to make therapy sessions enjoyable and effective for children.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of each child's progress, adjustments to treatment plans, and communication with the broader healthcare team.
- Participating actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- State licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy, with a focus on child development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with children and their families.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental milestones and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and engage with parents and caregivers.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
