Supervise Coffee Shop team and operational duties during Supervisor’s absence
- Develop, coach and train team members under a Four Diamond service standard
- Address guest comments or concerns pro-actively when the Supervisor is not present
- Plan & assign team duties on a daily basisKeep track of our weekly and monthly order for Coffee Shop
- Assisting in special needs or guest requests for Room Service and Coffee Shop when necessary
- Monitor and manage employee labor cost
- Monthly inventory for Coffee ShopMicro’s operationEmployee Coaching if necessary
- Monthly H&S inspection
- Knowledge of wine
**Location : Kalpetta**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
