**Key Responsibilities**

**Drive distribution and merchandising goals across all channels.**

**Identify opportunities to open new accounts in the market.**

**Achieve brand-wise and SKU-wise sales targets on time.**

**Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by outlet and distributor.**

**Communicate monthly promotions to distributors, emphasizing objectives and benefits.**

**Adhere to the agreed coverage plan during operations.**

**Submit daily market reports to the AGM, including feedback.**

**Review sales progress and distributor performance weekly.**

**Attend training programs and review meetings for skill enhancement.**

**Build strong relationships with distributors and retail accounts.**

**Maintain and update relevant data for your territory.**

**Required Skills**:
**Field work experience in sales (FMCG or telecom preferred).**

**Experience in managing distributor salesmen.**

**Strong territory management and selling skills.**

**Qualifications**

**Graduate (preferred) or HSC qualified.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,453.20 - ₹15,000.00 per month
