**About the role**

**We are hiring enthusiastic and driven Telecallers (Education Counsellors) to join our remote team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, guide them through course options, and assist them in making informed decisions about their education.**

**Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM**

**Salary: Rs.8,000/month + Uncapped Incentives (Rs.5,000-Rs.10,000 per month. Depending on performance and target achievement.)**

**Location: Remote**

**Responsibilities**:
**-Call and counsel students on their education queries.**

**-Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.**

**-Maintain accurate records in the CRM.**

**-Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.**

**-Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.**

**Requirements (Must)**:
**-Must have a working phone and laptop**

**-Should be able to make 150+ calls daily**

**Skills Required**:
**-Good communication skills in Kannada/Tamil and English.**

**-Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.**

**-Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.**

**-Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling preferred.**

**-Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.**
