- **Electrical Connections**:Connecting solar panels to inverters, electrical panels, and the power grid, ensuring proper grounding and wiring.
- **Structure Installation**:Installing and securing support structures for solar panels, like racks and mounts, ensuring they are stable and safe.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:Performing routine checks and repairs on solar systems to ensure optimal performance and address any issues.
- **Documentation**:Keeping detailed records of installation processes, equipment used, and any maintenance performed.
- **Collaboration**:Working with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient installations.
- **Staying Updated**:Keeping up with the latest solar technologies, industry standards, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Construction Experience**: Experience with basic construction skills is beneficial.
- **Electrical Knowledge**: Familiarity with basic electrical principles and wiring is helpful.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to diagnose and fix issues with solar systems.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- **Communication**:

Additional Information:

- Solar panel installers may work on residential, commercial, or utility-scale projects.
- Work can be done outdoors, on rooftops, and in various environments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
