**Explained Digital** is seeking a highly skilled Senior Visualizer to join our dynamic creative team. As a Senior Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos for a variety of projects including advertising campaigns, product launches, and social media content. You will work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver high-quality creative work that meets the needs of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for a range of mediums including digital, print, and outdoor advertising
- Work with project managers to understand the requirements of each project and deliver work that meets those needs
- Develop and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and software advancements, and incorporate these into your work where appropriate
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a visualizer or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Expert knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-designers
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lead and mentor junior designers on the team
