We are looking for junior XR experience designers to help us build projects that craft the grammar for new age interfaces.

It’s a fine morning: perfect for working on some world-changing ideas. After breakfast and coffee, you sign in to work.

First, you catch up with your team, a cross-functional bunch of designers and engineers who love what they do (just like you). Then, it’s down to business.

You start with the first client, a pharma company with more than 70% market share having facilities of all sizes in India, Phillipines, and Bangladesh. You’re leading the team to design interactive training modules to upskill their workforce. You and your team
are invested in keeping the real users —shopfloor workers,machine operators and department heads—along with the digital transformation team.With them, you shape the experience that will help them upskill faster without loss of life/damage to equipment.

After a leisurely lunch, you sit down for a series of collaborative discussions with your PMs and the senior designer. You keep updating yourself on new tools and best practices.

With every discussion and task, you evolve as an experience designer at one of the leading product consultancies in India. You understand that complex technology, when simplified and made ubiquitously accessible, finds its own ways to change the world.

This could be you

**What will you do**
- Work with the project team and design UX/UI experience and deliverables for some of the most impactful enterprises alongside the 3D and development team.
- Collaborate directly with designa and engineering teams
- Keep brainstorming and suggesting new tools and practices for designing better

**What will you need**
- Passion in UX/UI design
- 1-2.5 years of experiential design, design with 3D elements and designing for delight
- Experience with various platforms and devices is appreciated (oculus, android, iOS, webAR, webGL,etc
- Understanding of 3 dimensional designing
- Proficient in necessary design tolls
- Ability to articulate design decisions through clear written and oral communication
