**Sales and Service Coordination**
- Support the Rescue team, client communication, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and team coordination.
- Maintain accurate all records, client data and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., logistics, billing, technical support).

**HR Compliance Support**
- Monitor adherence to HR policies/Compliances and procedures to be assure to the client and communicate with the Client HR requirement.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality and security of the Client Records.
- Track and report on compliance training, certifications, and labour law postings
- Maintain attendance of the team and report to own HR
- Support audits and ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date in line with labour laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
