We are seeking a results-driven **Business Development Executive** experienced in **Upwork** bidding platforms, specifically targeting Healthcare IT opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**
- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in **online bidding** or business development.
- **Hands-on experience with Upwork** is a **must**.
- Ability to **understand client requirements** and craft tailored proposals.
- **Familiarity with the healthcare domain** is **preferred**.
- Proactively **follow up on leads** to convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in **English**.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Healthcare IT-Bidder: 1 year (preferred)
- BDE: 1 year (required)
