**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Oversee Daily Production** - Ensure high-quality confectionery production, consistency, and timely execution.
- **Maintain Quality Standards** - Monitor ingredient quality, recipe adherence, and product presentation.
- **Supervise & Train Team** - Lead, mentor, and train confectionery staff, including interns and OJTs.
- **Ensure Hygiene & Compliance** - Uphold FSSAI and HACCP standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
- **Develop New Products** - Assist in R&D for innovative confectionery items and seasonal offerings.
- **Manage Inventory & Costs** - Monitor ingredient usage, minimize wastage, and support cost control measures.
- **Maintain Equipment & Kitchen Efficiency** - Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and timely maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- **Coordinate with Other Departments** - Work closely with procurement, training, and senior chefs for smooth operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
