**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Penetration Tester or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Wireshark.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and attack vectors (e.g., SQL injection, cross-site scripting).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving security issues.
