
Sales Representative

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify potential markets and new customers, focusing on building relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability for the company.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Be able to explain how the products fit the customers’ needs and solve their challenges.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support and after-sales service, resolving issues and ensuring product satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Use market insights to recommend product improvements or new offerings to meet customer demands.
- Prepare and present sales presentations to potential clients or partners.
- Customize proposals and quotations based on client requirements and company capabilities.
- Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure that customer needs are met and products are delivered on time.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
