Merchandiser for Handmade Rugs

Handmade rug production manager with hands on experience in Production to Quality Check And aligning with vendors to get the work order complete on time with quality check, inventory management, vender management skills.

Process knowledge of carpets (Panja and tufted) including weaving & finishing.

Plan, execute and follow up the production activities and control the quality.
- Daily Production Report.
- Overall supervision of dyeing and finishing.
- Monitoring the inventory levels at warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Process Improvement & Optimization, Material planning & Shifting.
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
