**Objectives of this role**
- Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work
- Cultivate a network of dedicated clients
- Plan new strategy initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals
- Form strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensure major clients are satisfied and kept in the loop

**Responsibilities**
- Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that are interested in gift giving
- Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential clients
- Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
- Organize events while overseeing teams of volunteers
- Manage a budget and track whether goals are being met
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Shift allowance

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
