Capsulation Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, monitor, and adjust softgel encapsulation machines during production.
- Set machine parameters such as fill weight, speed, and temperature based on product specifications.
- Perform routine checks to ensure capsule quality (shape, seal, and weight) meets required standards.
- Conduct minor machine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting issues during production runs.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and production area as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Record daily production data and report any deviations or non-conformities to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and QA team to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in operating softgel encapsulation machines (preferably with rotary die machines).
- Understanding of softgel manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and adherence to production timelines.
