Ops Sup Supervisor

**Responsibilities**: - Supervises daily work for small reconciliation unit of support staff performing routine tasks. - Typically responsible for identifying and resolving basic / routine problems with broader departmental impact with established procedures. - Determines hiring to ensure adequate staffing. - Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc. Recommends new work procedures. - Direct impact by ensuring the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team. - Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner with tact and sensitivity to audience diversity. - May act as backup for manager - Perform Quality analyst role and be responsible for the MCA of the unit **Qualifications**: - Experience in Performing MCA and working on the CRC tool - Basic level experience in a related role with limited experience in people management. **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
