**Contract Drafting & Review**:

- Prepare, review, and revise various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Legal Compliance & Advisory**:

- Provide legal advice on business operations, policies, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure company contracts align with applicable laws and industry regulations.
- **Negotiation & Risk Management**:

- Assist in contract negotiations with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify legal risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- **Dispute Resolution & Litigation Support**:

- Support in handling disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when required.
- **Policy & Documentation**:

- Draft and update company policies, terms, and internal compliance documents.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and contracts.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Legal Research**:

- Conduct legal research on new regulations affecting the business.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Experience in contract law, corporate legal matters, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in legal and contract management.
- Prior experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, or compliance roles.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,706.76 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
