**Positions: Program Officer**

**Qualifying Criteria: (Must Have)**
- 2+ years' experience in project management
- MSW

**Who do we look for?**
- Stakeholder management (State Government, Municipal Corporations, Zilla Parishad and CSR Team, Corporates)
- Must have experience in **NGO background**:

- Excellent Monitoring & Evaluation skills.
- Good hold and acumen in data analysis and data presentation
- Good documentation skills, especially report writing and other field-level record management
- Managing teams at all levels, the people with different capacities at work, and officials for various interventions and communications
- Able to handle multiple districts and/or state-level programs
- To promote and support immunization.
- Involved and prepared in all aspects of immunization
- education, managing vaccination, vaccine administration, prescription, and advisory roles.
- Educate parents or guardians about the benefits of vaccination in a culturally appropriate manner and in easy-to-understand language.
- Pre and Post-vaccination counseling.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per day
