Create and Design Posts: Develop engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions.

Plan and Schedule: Organize a posting schedule and use social media tools to plan content in advance.

Engage with Followers: Respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers to build community.

Monitor Analytics: Track engagement (likes, comments, shares) to see what performs best and report findings.

Collaborate with the Team: Work with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

**Content Writing Intern Responsibilities**

Research and Brainstorm: Research topics and brainstorm ideas for blog posts, articles, and other written content.

Write and Edit Content: Draft clear, engaging, and well-structured content that aligns with the brand voice.

Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and accuracy.

Organize Content Calendar: Help plan and follow a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

Analyze Content Performance: Track views, shares, and engagement to learn what topics or styles work best.

Compensation:

- Internship period: 3 months
- Payment: 8,000 INR for the entire 3-month period,
- paid after successful completion Potential increase to 15,000 INR after 3 months

Additional Information:

- You can have other work as long as expectations are met
- Provide a daily report of activities
- Regular GOVT holidays including Saturday & Sunday
- Will include 20 days testing period before starting 3 months Internship
