**Responsibilities** include:

- Supervision of various departments including Front Desk, Nursing, Housekeeping, Security, Kitchen, etc
- HR management
- Preparation & administration of daily Duty Rosters
- Accreditations, Compliances & Empanelments
- Preparing and checking daily department reports
- Crisis and conflict management, as and where required

**KPIs** include:
Increasing operational efficiency, fostering a positive work environment, managing floor operations, etc.
- **Prior experience** **in Hospital Administration** (preferred: 5 to 6 years)
- Knowledge of Hospital Operations & Departments
- Experience of working with Hospital Management Software
- Excellent communication skills & problem solving abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preet Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospital: 3 years (required)
- Using Hospital Management Software: 2 years (required)
