**Job description**

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of social media campaigns
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives and goals
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes
Proactively identify opportunities to improve social media performance and enhance the client experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on client servicing
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and exceeding expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Proficient in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Knowledge of social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
