**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and manage marketing research initiatives**: Measure campaign effectiveness across all channels (digital, TV, radio, print, social media).
- **Conduct primary and secondary research**: Assess campaign performance (pre
- and post-testing).
- **Analyze consumer behavior**: Inform targeted and effective marketing strategies.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Interpret research data and provide actionable insights.
- **Design and implement research methodologies**: Surveys, focus groups, and other techniques.
- **Track industry trends and competitor strategies**: Assess marketing impact.
- **Prepare reports and presentations**: Communicate findings and recommendations.
- **Manage external research vendors**: Ensure quality and adherence to timelines/budgets.
- **Manage research budgets**: Ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Focus on social media research**: Analyze performance on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- **Monitor and analyze social media trends**: Provide insights for improvement.
- **Collaborate with social media team**: Optimize content, targeting, and performance.
- **Provide recommendations for social media**: Enhance brand presence, engagement, and conversions.
- **Develop social media surveys and feedback initiatives**: Gather consumer insights.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1+ years of progressive marketing experience.
