Position Overview for Stock Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stock Operator to join our team. As a Stock Operator, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring stock market trends, and executing trades on behalf of our clients. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing investment portfolios while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to identify potential investment opportunities.

Monitor stock market movements, news, and events that may impact investment performance.

Execute buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, commodities, and other investment instruments based on client instructions and market conditions.

Implement trading strategies and investment recommendations to achieve optimal portfolio performance and risk management.

Maintain accurate records of trades, transactions, and investment portfolios.

Stay updated on relevant market regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to understand investment objectives and provide personalized investment advice.

Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Prepare investment reports, market analysis, and presentations for clients and management.

Continuously update knowledge and skills through research, professional development, and staying informed about industry trends and innovations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. NISM, Series 7, CFA) are highly desirable.

Proven experience as a Stock Operator or similar role, preferably in a financial institution or investment firm.

In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and trading platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.

Proficient in using trading software, analytical tools, and market research platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
