- Engage in hands-on, day-to-day management of company’s social media channels, acting as the primary voice of the company on all channels

- Maintain a social media editorial calendar and schedule /post content on social media as per the calendar
- Ensure all social content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice
- Capturing and analyzing the social media conversations and providing actionable insights
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of relevant metrics on social media channels
