**Reporting To**: Director

**Job Summary**: The Executive Assistant to Director in the real estate industry provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks, effective communication, and efficient management of daily operations. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative duties, facilitating decision-making processes, and serving as a key liaison between the Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Director, optimizing time and resources.
- Prioritize and manage the Director's calendar, ensuring timely attendance to commitments and deadlines.
- **Communication Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the Director.
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes as required, ensuring accurate documentation of decisions and action items.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, audio-visual equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- **Information Management**:

- Maintain confidential records, files, and databases, organizing and archiving documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports or presentations as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist in project management tasks, tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, and providing status updates to the Director.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to facilitate project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, partners, and government agencies, on behalf of the Director.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns raised by stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and expense tracking, to support the smooth functioning of the Director's office.
- Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to the Director, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹11,486.24 - ₹44,496.10 per month
