**DIGITAL MARKETING**

We require a highly-creative Digital Marketing Interns for our digital marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops digital marketing strategy by identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our & clients social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes digital spends and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Hands-on experience of SEO/SEM/PPC marketing
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Manage the client’s requirement and oversee the entire growth of organization
