Key Responsibility
- **To ensure the company policies are strictly adhered to and followed.**

- **Verify the Personal hygiene, warehouse hygiene and implement the system as per the procedure.**

*
- **Daily review customer complaints with the Customer Relationship Management Team and raise Root Cause Analysis/Corrective Action Preventive Action.**

*
- **Conduct the training for Staff/ Food Handlers as per the scheduled Calendar and assist the team in conducting training sessions**

*
- **Verify daily work activities with respect to Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Warehousing Practices and document the same.**

*
- **Monthly conduct internal Audit (as per Food Safety Management System), Housekeeping audit and shall share Audit observations and non-conformity with concerned departments to take corrective actions and follow up for the closure of audit findings in a timely manner.**

*
- **Ensure Pest control activities are done as per the scheduled plan and should review the performance.**

*
- **Verify Calibration of temperature sensors, Weighing balance and Laboratory Instruments.**

*
- **Ensure Products are tested by External Lab (NABL) as per FSSAI Standards.**

*
- **Acceptance/Rejection of Inward Raw material based on the Arrival Quality Report shared by the Quality Associate and shall conduct vendor evaluations and communicate the same with the respective stakeholders and vendors for development**

*
- **Responsible for Hold and Release of Non confirming Product.**

*
- **Ensure respective site Statutory, Regulatory and Mutually agreed customer specifications/requirements are met and complied.**

*
- **Review and analyse the sales return due to Quality issues**

*
- **Monitor the team performance and conduct training for internal team whenever required**

*

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
