What will be your responsibilities?
- Setting up and attending Meeting with clients for briefings and present ideas to clients
- Keeping up to date information on clients’ products, services, plans, competitors check and target markets. Do market visits whenever necessary.
- Briefing internal teams, and work with them to plan and implement effective communication solutions for the client
- Ensuring projects completion on time. Long hours are common and advertising owls are expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines.
- Travel along with line managers for meetings and expected to socialize with clients and vendors.
- Responding to clients’ requirements and proactive work.
- Contributing in pitches for new businesses.
- Keeping records and handling invoices.
- Looking after client’s digital assets day to day requirements.

Skills Required:

- All courses must be completed
- Must have an open mind to work with ownership and extended time
- Good Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Especially, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of any sort is not mandatory but will have added advantage
