Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall accounting, taxation, and compliance functions.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports for management.
- Handle audits (statutory, internal, tax), liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.
- Monitor and manage working capital, fund flows, and cost control.
- Oversee payroll, vendor payments, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
- Support senior management in financial planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, Companies Act, and accounting standards
- Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel and other accounting tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small finance team
