**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Special Educator with a strong understanding of disabilities and their impact on learning and behavior.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with students, parents and other teachers to create Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
- Understand the needs of the students with learning disabilities and accordingly prepare curriculum for them
- Asses the students’ academic and social skills and monitor their progress
- Communicate with students, parents, and other professionals regarding student’s progress.
- Create a positive learning environment that meets the needs of the students.

**Required Qualifications Educational**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- State certification or licensure for special education (as applicable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Work Experience**: 3+ years’ experience working with children with learning disabilities in a reputed school
